In this video you can discover the top tips to move to Norway. All the details are based on Azzurra's personal experience.

Azzurra is originally from Taranto (Puglia), she lived in UK and since last year (2020) she is living in Oslo.

What do you need to know before moving to Noeway?

1- Registration, D-nummer and Personnumer
D-nummer and personnummer are the temporary and permanent ID you need to have to access health insurance, to work, find an apartment and be compliant with the law.

2- Bank ID
It is your virtual identity that you require for anything, since Norway is a paperless country.

3- Health Insurance
It is public, but to access it you must have the personnummer.

4 - Cost of Living/ apartments
Norway is not a cheap country, neither Oslo as a city.
The average price to rent a 2 bedrooms apartment is €1,700 per month.
Check out the website Finn.no and create an account to find apartments and much more.
