In the kitchen of Oslo's Lilleborg Health Center, Sebastian Gornitzka is a man on a mission, preparing each plate of food with precision and passion.

Sebastian is one of over 160 people in Norway who have gotten a job through a group called Helt Med. They are a largely government-funded social enterprise organization that helps employ people with intellectual disabilities in ordinary work.

Helt Med has spent the past six years developing a unique research-based work inclusion model, with the ambition of spreading it across Norway. Through Sebastian's story, "Serving Up Success" explores what stands out about this model, and what lessons it can teach us about supporting more people with intellectual disabilities to find meaningful employment in Norway.
