???? Ahoy, fellow adventurers, and welcome back to a new episode on the @SailingProsperity channel!

The bittersweet scent of salt hangs heavy in the air, a mix of anticipation and nervous energy swirling around us. Today is the day. Today, we cast off the lines on our epic circumnavigation, leaving behind the familiar comfort of land and the faces etched with tears and smiles in our wake.

A farewell ceremony unfolds on the marina. The air vibrates with the chatter of well-wisher and laughter mingles with tearful embraces.

Our vessel, Prosperity, stands proudly at the center of it all. We've spent countless hours preparing her for this journey, transforming her from a summer home into our new home, our sanctuary, and our lifeline upon the vast expanse of the ocean.

As the sun begins its descent, casting an orange glow across the water, the mood shifts. The festivities wind down, replaced by a quiet intensity. We share final hugs, whispering promises to stay connected and heartfelt words of encouragement. There's a nervous tremor in my hands as I help secure the lines for the last time. A glance at my family reveals a similar mix of apprehension and exhilaration on their faces.

With a deep breath, I start on a short and to the point farewell speech, before I give the signal, and the lines are released. The engine roars to life, nudging our vessel away from the familiar embrace of the dock. A lump forms in my throat, but it's slowly overshadowed by the thrill of finally setting sail.
As the last rays of sunlight dip below the horizon, painting the sky in fiery hues, we find our destination for the night, Langøy outside Stavanger.

And so, with a heart full of mixed emotions and a head brimming with dreams, we embark on this extraordinary journey.

The world awaits, its mysteries and challenges unfolding before us, beckoning us to explore, to discover, and to embrace the adventure that lies ahead. With our hearts pounding and spirits soaring, we are ready to explore it, one wave at a time.
