Overnight flooding on the Outer Banks led to an oceanfront house collapsing in Rodanthe. Meanwhile, Dare County Emergency Management officials say the Marc Basnight Bridge is shut down and because of the overwash, leaders with Dare County Schools say Cape Hatteras Elementary and Secondary Schools are working virtually.
