One of the best thematic games of Magnus, good knight vs bad bishop. There is one known idea in Ruy Lopez opening theory, where d5 square is a huge weakness. This game is a perfect example, great masterclass about this topic - how to exploit that weakness. Enjoy.

The 8th Altibox Norway Chess 2020 tournament takes place Mon 5th Oct to Fri 16th Oct 2020 in Stavanger, Norway. The 6 players have been isolated for the last few days in order to play this over the board event. Players Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana, Levon Aronian, Jan-Krzysztof Duda, Alireza Firouzja, and Arjan Tari. The event uses an unusual format in that there are three points for a win and if drawn there is a single Armageddon game where the winner gets 1.5 points and the loser 1 point.
