Dear friends of Karmøygeddon!
Isn’t it everybody's dream that someone some day will make a song about them? Well, we are damn proud to announce that the day has come for Karmøygeddon Metal Festival to get our own metal-hymn!
Eddie Guz from The Carburetors and Chrome Division came to us last year with an awesome idea. He had a new classic heavy metal-band waiting to burst and wanted to write two songs for the Karmøygeddon festival.
He gathered an amazing group of musicians, that all are Karmøygeddon allstars.
Under the name The Cult Of Destiny they recorded a complete album with their interpretation on how classic heavy metal should sound. Two of the songs are recorded in a special version for Karmøygeddon Metal Festival. The idea was that these would be released at the Karmøygeddon Kick Off later this month.
As you all know, the Covid-19 situation turned everything upside down, but we want to share this with you anyway.We want to be honest about the situation and this is our way to give something back to one of the best metal festivals in Norway.
The tunes are released in a very limited edition of 300 vinyl singles and 50 CD singles.
We hope that this will make the wait for Karmøygeddon Metal Festival 2021 a tad bit shorter.
The price is 200, - for the vinyl single and 100, - for the CD. Thanks in advance for your support!
