We joined Lise Brunborg founder of Stavanger Ysteri for a day to learn more about the Konrad cheese that was crowned Norway’s best cheese last year.????

She uses our Konrad stout to wash the cheese while it’s being caveaged in the cellar of Stavanger Ysteriet. We really lucky to have so many great local food entrepeneurs that want to use our beers in their products. In the near future we’ll display more of the creative local producers!
