Guacamole serwuję z różnymi dodatkami, dzięki temu za każdym razem otrzymuję inny SMAK. Wersja z suszonymi pomidorami i kaparami jest po prostu pyszna, a podana w skórce może być efektowną przystawką.

6 suszone pomidory z zalewy
10 pomidorków cherry
2 łyżki soku z cytryny
1 ząbek czosnku
natka pietruszki
sól, pieprz

I try to prepare guacamole with different toppings, thanks to which I get a different taste every time. The version with dried tomatoes and capers is simply delicious. I serve it in the avocado skin, so it can be an impressive recipe for a starter on a special occasion.

2 avokado
6 dried tomatoes in oil
10 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
parsley
capers
salt and pepper
2 big capers
