I am a summer person that does not make autumn and especially winter my favourite seasons. Especially in Stavanger, Norway where almost every week there is 30min less daylight now until mid of December - that affects the motivation.

Regardless, I am starting to form plans for next year for which I need a solid winter training, whereas this video captures a training session for it.

Autumn and the cold is here, the darkness will come - I am ready to face it.
