American families are involuntary playing an unfair game, and working moms are at the losing end of it. This talk is a short synopsis that takes you through our cultural perception of the stay at home parental role, and how the family structure is changing around the world through investments in child development so that working mothers can advance themselves and their societies. If the United States followed suit with the rest of the developed world, its GDP could grow by $1.6Trillion by 2028 Working and raising a family, it’s a delicate and often challenging balance. Nicole will explain the importance of investing in working moms and how that practice can truly affect the economic climate.
