While in Stavanger, I decided to take a cruise to the Fjords. The weather was still not the best to hike. The cruise however allowed me to rest and enjoy the landscape even more, so it wasn't that much of a bad idea.

At times, I did force myself to turn off my camera and instead I focused on contemplating the breathtaking landscape unfolding right in front of my eyes. I breathed in the cold fresh air as much as I could; it felt amazing. I was surrounded by beauty everywhere.

When we approached the biggest waterfall, the boat got close enough so we could feel the water drops on us. Right there and then, I remember just feeling happy to be in the middle of nature. (They also collected the water for all of us to drink.)

Also, I don't think I had seen as many rainbows as I did in just one day. I was not even able to capture some of them, so only a few are shown.

I want to go back, but next time I will try and hike to the peak.

This trip feels like it happen a long time ago, when life was still 'normal'.
