CB500X - Solo Norway trip Part 24 - Off to Santa Claus village

This is Part 24 of my trip continuing the journey through Norway, I didn't sleep well and found myself doing some laundry at 4am, then went back to bed and slept until 9am. I had a leisurely ride encountering reindeer along the way and it was a very very straight tree lined road to Rovaniemi where a short bus ride takes you to the Santa Claus village… I was under strict instructions that if I visited the village I was to ensure I picked up a Christmas tree bauble (my wife collects them from countries we've visited, and as she has visited Finland this one counts too). I found a great campsite at Rovaniemi - expensive at 36 Euros per night but nicely located and well equipped and visited the village on a rest day… but… was Santa at home? You'll have to watch to the end to find out

The whole journey took me through the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and into Norway right the way up to Nordkapp, the furthest point you can travel by motorcycle or car in mainland Europe and then back through Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Belgium and France over a 7 week period late May - mid July 2023
