Hvaldimir appeared one day in Hammerfest, one of the norther most part of Norway with Harnesses. And, it was so human friendly. That created the suspicion that Russian spy agency KGB could have trained the Beluga whale to spy for them in Norway. Russia said that its trained by Russian researchers.

Hvaldimir is the Norwegian equal for Viladimir (Russian President Vilamir Putin)
