A short 16 minute flight with hang at Veraland, western part of Norway. The wind was NW. The view is of a set of lakes called the Lutsi-vassdraget. The takeoff is at around 407 meters, with a TMA starting at 457 meters (1500 ft), so a height restriction just 50 meters above the start(!) The TMA is due to Sola airport ENZV (SVG, Stavanger).

This was in my opinion the first technically challenging hang I've tried. All other hangs have had a fair share of buoyant air, but this was more pure hang and I could feel the ultralocal nuances along the cliff. Additionally some stronger gusts that jostled me around.

At the last glide along the cliff, I was too far away and lost some height. I got nervous about making it back to the lifting zone, so bailed towards landing instead.

The only problem with the landing? Sheep, cow and horse shit, everywhere.
