Ryan Rides Europe World Record Challenge 2019 The Day Before Jitters?

It's the day before I set offf cycling 4200 miles from Nordkapp in Norway to Tarifa in Gibraltar in a World Record Attempt July 2019 to raise funds and awareness of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention and I have got all philosophical. I'm not getting jitters but am taking stock on the challenge ahead but also the motivations behind it.
