​ @couch910 I make travel videos. November 2022 I joined 8 strangers from the United Kingdom, Canada and Norway to take part in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers. This is a saying rally from Las Palmas Gran Canaria, Spain to Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. We sailed over 3,000 nautical miles on a Hanse 505 and it took us 3 weeks. This video is our Atlantic Ocean passage. We sailed over 3,000 nautical miles and never used our engine or autopilot. The ARC usually has around 150 to 200 boats and well over 1,000 people. It was started in 1986 by Jimmy Cornell. This video shows what it is like to prepare for an ocean crossing.
