Our FIRST ATLANTIC OCEAN CROSSING is here. We've been preparing for this for what seems like a life time. Are we SCARED of SAILING an OCEAN? No, we are excited. We're on our way to the Carribbean.

We learn to live life on the open sea very quickly for what could be about 3 weeks. This is the biggest and longest trip of our lives and we want to enjoy it.

There are only 2 of us on board with our little puppy Gus. Steve did not want to sail with crew, saying we could do it on our own. We are on our own with a buddy boat to keep us company, although we know it is unlikely that we will stay in sight of each other.
