'Luna y Sierra' is a composition by Wil Offermans, for flute solo with accompaniment by one or more Instruments. The piece describes the dynamic scenery of the Sierra Nevada mountains (Andalusia, Spain) illuminated by the full moon. The composition was commissioned by Freunde der Querflöte, Germany (Jahersgabe 2009) and the score has been published by Zimmermann, Frankfurt (ZM35890).

This video has been recorded at the presentation concert of the Flute Day by Wil Offermans in Stavanger, Norway for flutists and flute teachers from Culture Schools in Rogaland (Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Egersund and Time) and the University of Stavanger. The event took place at the Eikenes Sal of the Faculty of Performing Arts in Stavanger, Norway on February 10th and 11th 2024 and was organised by the Rogaland Fløyteforum. 'Luna y Sierra' was performed by participants, flute teachers and Wil Offermans.
