TIME TO RUN - SwT 115 - SHIPMENT ARRIVED AND PLANS CHANGES FAST

It's time to run! Now as I have the shipment onboard and looking at the weather it's definitely a fast decision to be made. Finally got my new anchor and sorted out the mystery with my friend's bike. Supporting friends via satellite as they suddenly are in the path of a potential hurricane also aiming towards me here in San Andres. So fast decisions to be made and most likely sailing out of here in a few days. Taking advantage of the front system to give me good sailing wind.

The next episode will be delayed as I don't have time right now to edit and also will be out sailing. Still have things to share from this week and might even save the sailing to its own episode after preparing for the worst episode.

I`m sailing around the world in my Bavaria 55 Cruiser, making videos whenever I have time for it. Most of the time I sail singlehanded but occasionally I do have sailing friends onboard. Still in the Caribbean due to Covid and was supposed to be in Asia by now.

Even though this is season 4 on youtube I did not make that many videos in the beginning. Before full-time sailing, I have sailed several seasons in the Med prior to this, and obviously also in Scandinavia. I have been traveling the world before and have also been an active regatta sailor for decades. I had my first sailboat at age 7 and have been sailing ever since. Also, more than 10 years of experience as a captain in Search and Rescue at sea in Norway.

I'm just a normal person sharing my travel adventure through my eyes and experience from my perspective! Remember how I do things that might work for me might not work for you. It might even not be the correct way to do things, and I don't have the blueprint either. I'm not perfect and nobody is. The day I believe I know it all and don't think I can learn new things I should go ashore. I enjoy sharing my mistakes as well my knowledge and experience without trying to teach you anything.
